Albert married Bertha Lochmiller in Ainsworth, Nebraska. They later divorced.
Following the war, he married Effie Florence Lindsey. They lived for a number of years in Bass Lake and Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Albert had two children; Hazel T. Lande and Milo Clayton Lande.
Albert had been a resident of Itasca County since 1922.
Albert was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and the Old Settlers Association. He moved to the Bass Lake community in 1922 and had been at Deer Lake for the past 11 years.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Rex Price; two brothers, Clayton and Gordon; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Albert died in Ramsey, Minnesota and is buried in Itasca Calvary Cemetery at Grand Rapids, Minnesota. (Plot I-C-09-13)
