Cal is joined by death to his first wife, Ethel Mae; parents, Guyda and Lester Darnell; sister, Bessie Fear; stepson, James Butts, and stepdaughter, Patsy Stolt.

He will be greatly missed by his wife, Eileen; daughters, Guyda Darnell and Linda (Kenneth) Trembath; son-in-law, Dale Stolt, six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; stepchildren, Vernon (Cindy) Schroeder, Jeri (Chris) Kobberdahl, Teresa (Jim) Spicer, and Angie (Torrey) Johnson and their families.

The family would like to thank all those who have been involved in Cal's life, including 4-H and the Agricultural Extension Service, Endion Trailer Club, Blandin Paper Company, bowling and card playing friends, and the members of Warba Presbyterian Church of Warba, Minnesota.

Calvin is buried in Itasca Calvary Cemetery at Grand Rapids, Minnesota. (Plot C-C-21-02)
