    Dennis worked for various logging companies and the Leech Lake Transportation Department, as a shuttle driver for the casinos. Dennis was a respectable man and a great friend to everyone he met. Dennis loved and enjoyed going to pow-wows and always loved eating his Chippewa Burgers. He enjoyed going to the Palace Casino and playing bingo. Dennis cherished and enjoyed spending quality time with all his grandchildren. He was always smiling and joking around and having a good time no matter what he was doing to where he was at.

    Preceded in death by his parents; wife Kathryn (Howard) Garbow; son, Dennis Dean Garbow, Jr; daughter Carol Ann Garbow; three sisters; two nephews; and one niece.

    Dennis is survived by his son, Jason (Stacey) Robinson; daughter, Carol Smith; brothers, Ernest (Lucille) Garbow and Francis Garbow; four granddaughters; one grandson; and two great-grandchildren.

    Dennis lived in Inger, Minnesota. He is buried in the Inger Cemetery at Bowstring Township, Itasca County, Minnesota. No photo of grave marker is available at this time.
