    He was a member of Mary Immaculate Catholic Church where he served as Eucharistic minister, a member of the Knights of Columbus, and the Itasca Gun Club.

    Donald married Mary Kay Lundgren on October 22, 1955.

    Donald is survived by his children, Steven (Judy) Fisher, Jeff (Cheryl), Ann (Michael) Szakmeister, and Paul (MaryJo); eight grandchildren; one great-grandson; and one sister, Dorothy (Robert) Rindo.

    He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Kay; brother, Wally; and a sister, Elaine.

    Donald died in Waconia, Minnesota and is buried in Lakeview Cemetery at Coleraine, Minnesota.
