    Jules Meyer married Ilo Carlson in 1938 in Minnesota. Dr. Meyer established a private practice in Grand Rapids, Minnesota and worked at it until he was called into World War II. He returned to Grand Rapids after the war and worked at his practice until he was called into the Korean Conflict. After that time he made the U.S. Army his career. While in Grand Rapids, he was with the Itasca Clinic. After his career in the Army, he worked a while with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance. He divided his residence between Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Grand Rapids.

    Dr. Meyer died in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is buried in Acacia Park Cemetery, Mendota Heights, Minnesota (Cypress, Block 13, Lot 5, Grave 11). He is survived by his wife, daughter Jane Jackson, and one grandson.
