Floribert worked as a masonry finisher for many years in St. Paul, Minnesota before moving to Sugar Lake near Grand Rapids, Minnesota in 1974.
He was a member of the Ponti-Peterson Veterans of Foreign Wars, the McVeigh-Dunn American Legion, and St. Joseph's Catholic Church, all of Grand Rapids, Minnesota.
He is survived by a stepson, Wayne Johnson; two sisters, Philothea O'Herm and Delphina Roath; a brother, Anthony; and four step-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents, his first wife Dorothy, in 1980; his second wife, Elsie (Duescher) in 1988; three brothers; and two sisters.
Floribert died at Leisure Hills Health Care Center in Grand Rapids, Minnesota and is buried at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, Minnesota. (Plot W,0,4919)
