Francis had lived in Florida for many years.

Francis was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Sarah Fraser, a sister, S. Marie DeLorme; and a brother, Charles.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth; a step-daughter, Cynthia Stessen; two sons, Stephen and Michael; three sisters, Matilda DeLorme, Terese Fredrickson, and Carol Keene; one brother, Donald; and one grandchild.

Francis died in Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Sarasota, Florida after a lengthy illness He is buried in Florida National Cemetery at Bushnell, Florida. (Plot 307,0,119). No photo of grave marker is available at this time.
