Frank was a prominent Deer River businessman. He was the owner and operator of Arrowhead Café at Deer River, Minnesota. Frank had been active in construction work. He had been road foreman for Commissioner William A. Swanson.
Frank was a member of the American Legion as a World War I veteran.
Survivors are his wife, Katherine; three sisters, Mrs. Clark Palmer, Margaret Cadinger, and Mrs. Frank Forst; and three brothers, Harold, John, and James.
Buried in Olivet Cemetery at Deer River, Minnesota.
