    Frank came to Grand Rapids, Minnesota in 1917. In 1923 he moved to Virginia, Minnesota and worked for Oliver Mining Company as an electrician. He was a member of IBEW #294 (retired) and the Grand Rapids VFW post and World War I Barracks, in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. In 1942, he transferred to Hibbing and was associated with the construction industry. He retired in Grand Rapids where he lived until 1980 when he moved to Watertown, Minnesota.

    He is survived by a son, Robert; a sister, Evelyn Bergin; a brother Elias; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
