    His wife, Ruth, died in June, 1983.

    Survivors are three sons, Gary, Arlen, and Duane; two brothers, Charlie and Neil; a sister, Irene DeShaw; and eleven grandchildren.

    George died at North Itasca Nursing Home and is buried in Bigfork Cemetery at Bigfork, Minnesota. (Original, Block 3)
