George Bjelajac was a lifetime member of the VFW post in Hopkins, Minnesota.
George Bjelajac died in Hennepin County, Minnesota and is buried in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Minnesota (Sec 20A, Site 202). He is survived by his wife Beverly; sons, Terry, David, Keith and Jimmy; step-children, Linda Lausen, Richard Powers and Michael Melin; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Edward “Eddie”.
