    Glen spent his childhood in northern Alberta, Canada, on a homestead.

    In 1939, he moved to Hill City, Minnesota where he owned and operated Dix Fairway General Store.

    Glen then moved to Grand Rapids, Minnesota where he started Glen's Army-Navy Store in 1946 after serving in the United States Navy during World War II.

    He was seasonal resident of Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

    Glen was a member of the Citizen's Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, the National Rifle Association, the Gun Owners of America and The Second Amendment Foundation.

    Glen was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a sister, Marie Johnson.

    Glen died at his home and no services were held.
