Harvey died in Two Harbors, Minnesota and is buried in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hibbing, Minnesota (Block 6, Lot 243, Grave 2 E 1/2). He is survived by his daughters: Mary (John) Hubbard, Kathryn (Gary Oxman) Menard, Margaret J. Menard, Jane (Peter) Borgren, and Teresa Davis; thirteen grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Margaret.
