Howard married Ann Backstrom on March 18, 1954, in Iowa.
They lived in Aurora for many years.
Howard was a member of the Boilermakers Union and installed power plants in Minnesota and South Dakota. He retired to LaPrairie, Minnesota in 1978.
He was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Elizabeth Davis and his wife, Ann, in 1989.
Howard died at his home in LaPrairie, Minnesota and is buried in Itasca Calvary Cemetery at Grand Rapids, Minnesota. (Plot I-G-09-1-5)
