    After Jerry's discharge in 1963, he attended St. Thomas College in St. Paul, Minnesota.

    He married Marie White in 1966 and moved to Atlanta. He was employed by the East Point Cycling Key Company for 30 years and also worked part-time for AHH Locksmith Company.

    Preceded in death by a son, John William in 1966, he is survived by his wife, Marie; one daughter, Jodi Beckfelt; his mother, Eleanor Beckfelt; one brother, the Reverend John Beckfelt; and two sisters, Mary Pommerville and Sister Eleanor Beckfelt.

    Buried in Itasca Calvary Cemetery at Grand Rapids, Minnesota. (Plot I-A-01-2-7)
