Joe Antonovich lived in Alborn, Minnesota the last 26 years of his life. He retired as a high school teacher and coach for the St. Louis County School District #710. Joe Antonovich died in St. Louis County, Minnesota following an accident while cutting firewood near his home. He is buried in Spruce Hill Cemetery, Alborn, Minnesota. He is survived by his wife, Arlene (Jean); three sons, Joe J., Jeffrey, James E.; one daughter, Mrs. Georgine Raymond; his mother Mrs. Josephine Antonovich; one sister, Mrs. Evelyn Saari; two brothers, George and Eli; and four grandchildren.
