    Jack was employed by Dairyland Electric Co-op for forty-three years.

    He enjoyed working his Christmas tree farm, hunting and fishing.

    Jack was preceded in death by his parents, his second mother, Genevieve (Herschbach) Erholtz; sister, Doris Smith; brothers, David and Arvid Erholtz; and an infant daughter, Anne Marie Erholtz.

    Jack is survived by his wife of 62 years, Dorothy Erholtz; daughters, Lorrayne (Ken) and Sandra McLaughlin; sons, James and Richard; three granddaughters; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Alice Plath, Jane (Ron) Forneris; Mary (Les) Whitesel; and Judy (Dave) Childs; brother, Terry (Claudette) Erholtz; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

    Jack died at Sugar Brook Villa Assisted Living in Cohasset, Minnesota and is buried in Hazelwood Cemetery at Blackberry Township, Itasca County, Minnesota.
