Joe was united in marriage to Dolly Jaskey on September 2, 1963.
He worked as a welder for Hanna Mining Company until his retirement and was also a 20-year member of the Chisholm Volunteer Fire Department.
Joe and Dolly will be remembered fondly for their love of coffee times with family and friends.
Joe was preceded in death by his wife, Dolly on May 15, 2012; his father; mother, stepfather, Carl Jaksha; his brothers, Frank, John, and Matt; and a sister, Marion Brown.
He is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Joe died at Fairview Range Medical Center in Hibbing, Minnesota and is buried in Maple Hill Cemetery at Hibbing, Minnesota. (Maplehill-10-59-2 w 1/2)
