    I served during the Korean Conflict. I was in four years, but I was stateside four years on my full enlistment. Our mission was to train B29 bombers and reconnaissance crews that were shipped to Korea and Japan. One week before discharge, sent to school at Olethe, Kansas for training on 20 millimeter cannons.
