He is survived by his sons, Patrick (Jennifer) and Anthony; two grandchildren; brother James (Sandra); sister-in-law Irene Goff; and six nieces and nephews.

Kerry died at his home in Deer River, Minnesota. A memorial visitation was held at Bowen Lodge in Deer River. Kerry was cremated.
