Born and raised in Rice Lake, Mr. Frasier came to this area in 1929. He had been caretaker at Crystal Waters for a number of years. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. William Ludwig, a sister Hazel Kolar and a brother Clifford. Lee is buried in Itasca Calvary Cemetery at Grand Rapids, Minnesota. (Plot I-G-12-2-7)
