Liberato was a member of St. Mary's Church in Keewatin, Minnesota. He was a member of the Venier-Molea Post of the American Legion in Keewatin.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Maria Gontero; three sisters, Mrs. Cecil (Katherine) Walker, Mrs. John (Olanda) Merhar; and Mrs. Ernest (Josephine) Schutte; two brothers, Adolph and Victor; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Liberato died at Hibbing General Hospital in Hibbing, Minnesota. He is buried in Maple Hill Cemetery at Hibbing. (Plot 1-98-6w1/2)
