    Marion's parents immigrated to the United States and then were married in Chicago, Illinois.

    Marion married his wife, Alberta, on December 10, 1991.

    Marion was employed as a truck driver for People's Lumberyard prior to retiring and moving to Cohasset, Minnesota in 1971.

    He enjoyed his family, fishing, and woodworking.

    Marion was a lifetime member of VFW Rhine Post 2729 in Chicago, Illinois.

    He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Alberta in 2005; and four brothers, Walter, Stanley, John, and Chester Wojcik.

    Marion is survived by his son, Michael (Sharon) Wojcik; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

    Marion died in Homestead Rehabilitation and Living Center in Deer River, Minnesota and is buried in Wildwood Cemetery at Cohasset, Minnesota
