    Doug lived in this area all his life and married Dorothea J. Connolly on September 19, 1964 at Grand Rapids, Minnesota.

    Doug worked as a parts man for Corcoran Auto Supply and Nord Auto Parts, both of Grand Rapids, Minnesota and as a salesman for Charmaster Furnace Company in Grand Rapids, Minnesota before retirement in 1976.

    Doug was a member of the Cohasset Over 50 Club and he was a member of St. Augustine's Catholic Church in Cohasset, Minnesota.

    A sister, Harriet Frame preceded him in death as did his first wife, Marjorie.

    Survivors are his wife, Dorothea; three daughters, Roberta, Sandra, and Melanie; two sons, Martin and Gordon; four sisters, Amelia Greniger, Jeanette Carlson, Isabelle Nolette, and Marion Brenden, and a brother, Irvin Stram.

    Doug died at Itasca Memorial Hospital in Grand Rapids, Minnesota and is buried in Wildwood Cemetery at Cohasset, Minnesota. (Plot c48e12)
