Marvin Lox married June Kathryn Russell in Iowa in 1940. He went to work for the U.S. Post Office in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1950. He retired in 1971 and moved to Bigfork, Minnesota. He was a member of the Bigfork VFW Post 1764 and the Grand Rapids Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 2469.
Marvin died in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. He is survived by his wife, June; two sons, William and Daniel; a daughter, Carol Keske; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
