    Marvin Meyer married Lois Campbell in 1952. He was employed with Blandin Paper Co. in Grand Rapids, Minnesota for 26 years. He also owned and operated a dairy/beef farm and later a motel in Warba, Minnesota. He later moved to the Bovey and Grand Rapids area. Marvin loved hunting, fishing, trading cars, history and war movies. He was a member of the Full Gospel Church in Grand Rapids.

    Marvin died at Maple Woods Assisted Living in Cohasset, Minnesota and is buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Coleraine, Minnesota (Block 150). He is survived by his wife, Lois; six children, Marvin Jr. (Janice) Meyer, Michael (Lola) Meyer, Rene (Roland) Mann, Ronald (Deb) Meyer, Paul (Laurie) Meyer, and Ruth (Richard) Sanders; sisters-in-law, JoAnn Meyer, Millie Meyer, Lou Ledger, Patricia (Al) Smith and Phyllis Gallegos; brother-in-law, David Campbell; nineteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Emma Meyer; and two brothers, Willis and Kenneth Meyer.
