Peter Castellano married Marie Lueck in 1948. He was a life-long resident of Itasca County, Minnesota. He retired in 1981 after 40 years as drill operator for Cleveland Cliffs Mining Co. He was a member of Bovey Moose Lodge #1061 and American Legion Post #301.
Peter Castellano died in Grand Rapids, Minnesota and is buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Coleraine, Minnesota (Block 61, Lob 35). He is survived by his wife, Marie; two sons, Gary and Robert; a brother, Joseph; two sisters, Mary (Richard) Flynn and Kathryn (Alfred) Smith; five grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
