Peter Dimich was a lifelong resident of Coleraine, Minnesota. He worked for the Cleveland-Cliffs Mining Company for 35 years until his retirement in early 1981. He was a member of the Lawrence Lake American Legion Post #476, Grand Rapids Ponti-Peterson VFW Post #1720, Grand Rapids Eagles Aerie #2469, and Bovey Loyal Order of Moose Lodge No. 1061.
Peter died in Grand Rapids, Minnesota and is buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Coleraine, Minnesota (Serbian section - Block 53). He is survived by one daughter, Diane (Jerry) Balling; three sons, Peter I., Richard J., and Michael L; two sisters, Mae (Richard) Semeja and Sylvia (Andy) Hagen; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary, in 1975.
