Ralph was a life-long resident of this area, working at the Butler Brothers Mining Company for over thirty years retiring as a crane operator.
Ralph is survived by two nieces, Corrine Podominick and Donna Ewen; one nephew, David Grant; and a sister-in-law, Helen Grant.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, one brother, and two wives, Julia (Nelson) Grant and Amy (Nelson) Grant.
Ralph was a former resident of Pengilly, Minnesota. For the last three years, he was a resident of Leisure Hills Nursing Home in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Ralph died at the Itasca Medical Center in Grand Rapids. He is buried in the Nashwauk Cemetery at Nashwauk, Minnesota. (Block 7)
