Survivors include his wife, Beverly; two sons, Raymond J. Jr., and Timothy; four daughters, Sandra Gravelle, Diana Burnett, Susan Hill, and Betsy Hayes; four sisters, Edith Ische, Eleanor Larson, Leona Mattfield, and Jeanette Anderson; and six grandchildren.
