Surviving him are two daughters, Mrs. James (Sharon) Palmer and Mrs. Nick (Beverly) Georgiff; two sons, James Fedraw and Donald Fritcher; and seven grandchildren.
Richard died at his home in Hibbing, Minnesota and is buried at Balsam Cemetery in Itasca County.
