    Bob lived in the rural Nashwauk, Minnesota area.

    He was a retired maintenance foreman from Hanna Mining and belonged to the Hanna Retirees Club. He was a member of Beef Growers Association, the Grange, the NRA, and was on the Board of Directors of the Nashwauk Credit Union, Nashwauk, Minnesota.

    He loved family, friends, nature, hunting, and farming. He put up hay until he was 80 years old. He enjoyed collecting tractors, guns and snowmobiles, etc.

    Bob holds a 1976 state record as listed with Boone & Crockett for white tail deer antlers.

    He was very active at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Nashwauk, Minnesota where he served as head usher and fundraiser for the construction of the current church.

    Bob is survived by his wife, Ardythe "Ardy"; children, Regina "Gina" (Michael) Spellacy, Robin Sharp, Kevin Wirtz, and Roxanne Jackson; brother, Herman (Ruth); sister, Katherine "Katie" (Eugene "Gene") Forsberg; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

    He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Angela, Henry, and Walter.

    Bob died in Grand Rapids, Minnesota and is buried in Nashwauk Cemetery in Nashwauk, Minnesota. (no grave marker available at this time)
