Bob married Ardyce M. Hudson in Goodland, Minnesota on July 15, 1961.

He lived 37 years in Arbo Township in Itasca County before moving to Grand Rapids Township in Itasca County.

Bob worked for Diamond Match Company in Cloquet, Minnesota, for Dick Whitney at Viking Oil as a fuel truck driver, for the Marcell Mill in Marcell, Minnesota and for Arbo Township.

He is survived by his wife, Ardyce; three daughters, Teresa (Paul) Card, Pam (Rod) Ketola, and Cheryl (Eric) Strommer; two sons, Dave (Dee Ann) and Raymond; six sisters, Betty Kusz, Maxine (Milton) Solberg, Erla (Dale) McCartney, Sue (Duane) McCartney, Sonja (James) Nolan, Linda Peterbus; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a son, Kenneth in 1998; and a sister, Joyce DeMarre in 2000.

Bob died at his home and burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery at Goodland, Minnesota. No photo of grave is available at this time.
