Robert worked in sales, mining and maintenance planning and retired from Eveleth Taconite.
He was a member of the American Legion Post 307 from Nashwauk, Minnesota and the DAV Russo-Golob Chapter 3 of Hibbing, Minnesota.
Robert is survived by his wife, Marie; three daughters, Roberta "Birdie" Oddo, Nancy (Jeffrey) Grozdanich-Lipinski, and Jeanne "Beaner" (Glenn) Grozdanich-Nelson; three grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; a brother, Bud (Eleanor) Grozdanich; and a sister, Marie Miklya.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings Lillian Plisich, Milan Grozdanich, and Mildred Webb.
Robert died in St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, Minnesota and is buried in Maple Hill Cemetery at Hibbing, Minnesota. (Plot MapleHill-1-197-4-E 1/2)
