Robert Antonovich married Lorraine Hanks in 1947. He previously owned and operated the Idle Hour Pool Hall. He was a retired volunteer fireman; worked for the McKinley Extension of LTV Corporation of mines; and was a member of the Calumet VFW, Lawrence Lake Legion, and United Steel Workers Union.
Robert died in Greenway Township, Itasca County, Minnesota and is buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Coleraine, Minnesota (Serbian section - Block 54). He is survived by wife Lorraine; sons James and Ronald; daughter Vicki (Robert) Stavig; brother Donald; sister Honey (Ed) Threinen, and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son Richard and sister Betty Doyle.
