    Ronald's wife was Lydia (Nelson) Erickson, who died in 1980. Survivors are a sister, Olga Wilton; three step-children; and several nieces and nephews.

    Ronald died at the Carlton Nursing Home in Carlton, Minnesota and is buried in Maple Grove Cemetery at Goodland, Minnesota.
