Allen Neff; daughter, Tracey Ann Neff; brothers, Charles, Cecil, Raymond, and Raleigh; and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by brothers, Henry, Harold, Guy, Elmo and Bill; and sister Helen N. Cooper.
